Q&A with Dan:

  • I’m running for Senate because I believe that we must take immediate action to reverse the failing government here in Minnesota. As a lifelong resident of this District, I understand the needs of our communities and have the desire and ability to fight for our values in Saint Paul. After serving our country for nearly 38 years as a Soldier, I am now ready to serve the people of Clay and Becker counties in the Minnesota Senate. I will fight against executive overreach and the regulations that have killed our area’s farms and businesses. I will work for the rural Minnesota values we hold dear; the ability to succeed here in rural Minnesota, the ability to raise our families without government interference.

  • I have been leading people in my civilian and military careers, most of my adult life. Routinely facing and solving complex problems. I spent 3 years in the student senate at NDSU and 4 years on the Moorhead City Council giving me the unique insights and experience on the political process.
